Ladco Inc. had the privilege of being selected as the HVAC contractor for Hometown Mechanical on the new Liberty High School project located in North Liberty IA.
Hometown Mechanical’s lead on this project was outstanding. It was a pleasure working with Kirk Baker and his entire team from the very beginning through this two-year plus timeline. The project was difficult, and with the 740 plus RFI’s, sometimes unbearable, but Kirk kept everyone on point, up to date, and focused. Computer modeling was not contractually required for this project, but had Hometown Plumbing and Heating not taken the initiative and lead on this, the project would have been much more difficult.
