We had the privilege of working as the controls subcontractor for Hometown Mechanical on the Liberty High School project. The project consisted of complete mechanical installation that included heat pumps, hydronic pumps, chillers, air handling units, and energy recovery units.

This project was challenging on many levels, starting with the scale and complexity of the HVAC system. Successful installation and commission of the mechanical system demanded a high level of project management and coordination between all trades. Hometown Mechanical was instrumental in this process.

Hometown’s ingenuity and decisiveness was evident in their decision to use 3-D modeling on this project. This decision undoubtedly reduced the number of field conflicts and led to a more efficient and organized work flow. Throughout the project, Hometown demonstrated excellent leadership and communication in the face of each challenge.

From the experienced project managers through the skilled field technicians, Hometown Mechanical exemplified professionalism throughout the entirety of this project. They truly understand how to maximize the performance of all trades and direct them towards the end goal, which is a successful project and a satisfied customer.

Hometown Mechanical played a crucial role in the success of the Liberty High project and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
