Project Scope and Bio:

Hometown Plumbing & Heating was hired as mechanical contractor for The Merrill Hotel and Conference Center, Muscatine’s first luxury boutique hotel featuring 122 guestrooms. Hometown’s scope of work included:

  • Full plumbing installation including:
    • DWV systems
    • Fixtures
    • Equipment
  • Full mechanical installation including:
    • Three boilers
    • Three heat exchangers
    • One chiller
    • Snow melt system
