Project Scope and Bio:

Hometown has worked extensively throughout the HNI Corporation facilities. Our scope of work has included:

  • Air piping
  • Gas piping
  • Air compressors with large air receivers
  • Break room / restroom facilities
  • Rooftop unit replacement
  • Sewer and water underground piping installation for building expansions and emergency repairs

Most recently, Hometown provided mechanical contracting services for HNI’s 200’ x 700’ Allsteel building expansion and renovation of the Oak Laminate production facility into the HNI Corporate Headquarters.
