Project Scope and Bio:
As described by Heart of America Group, the Elmore Market Place has a “nod to urbanism that integrates hotel, restaurant, and retail space seamlessly”. The project included 57,250 sq. ft. of retail space, with a 15-acre site utility complex. Hometown Plumbing & Heating proudly provided site utilities installation, including:
- Complete installation of plumbing fixtures, equipment, and drains
- Drain, waste, vent, and domestic water piping and insulation
- Water mains and services
- Storm sewer mains and services
- Sanitary sewer mains and services
- Parking lot bioswale designed to remove silt, pollution, and surface runoff water
