Hometown Plumbing & Heating provided complete plumbing installation for the renovation of the historic Gordon-Van Tine Lofts in Davenport, Iowa. The scope of work included:

• Complete plumbing renovation of two 110-year-old buildings, which would become a 113-unit apartment complex overlooking the Mississippi River
• 55,624′ of combined pipe between domestic, sanitary, gas, storm, and vent systems
• 32,162′ of copper and PEX pipe serving the domestic hot and cold water systems
• 20,750′ of schedule 40 PVC pipe serving the sanitary drain, waste, and vent system
• 1,060′ of carbon steel schedule 40 pipe serving the natural gas system
• 1,652′ of pipe serving the storm drainage system
• 1,016 plumbing fixtures including 181 lavatories, 199 water closets, 115 showers / tubs, 116 kitchen / bar sinks, and 120 water heaters
• Storm drainage system containing 6 roof drains and 4 overflow roof drains
