- 12,000 linear feet of piping for the HVAC systems
- VRF systems totaling 100 tons of cooling and 1,748,436 BTUH of heating capacities
- (4) outdoor units installed in mechanical room, (13) branch selector boxes, and (78) indoor fan coil units
- 14,000 linear feet of piping for the plumbing systems
- 275 plumbing fixtures
- Site utility water and septic system installation and design assistance
- 20,000 gallon precast septic tank installation
