At Hometown Mechanical, our work only matters because of the people who show up every day to do it the right way. This month, we are recognizing several team members who have reached major milestones in their careers with us. Their stories span decades of experience, a wide range of skills, and a shared commitment to building work that lasts.
These anniversaries are more than numbers. They are proof of the character, dedication, and pride that make this company what it is.
Ron – 35 Years of Dedication
When someone gives 35 years to a company, it becomes more than a job. Ron has been part of Hometown Mechanical longer than many of our current projects have even existed, and his knowledge, presence, and consistency have shaped this place in ways words do not fully capture.
He has trained people, supported teams, and stayed dependable through every challenge the field can throw at you. His impact is built into the history of this company.
Jeff Stansberry – 34 Years of Craftsmanship and Reliability
For 34 years, Jeff has carried himself with a calm, reassuring presence that makes even the toughest days feel manageable. Some say it is experience. Others point to the beard and that familiar December energy he brings around this time of year.
Whatever the reason, Jeff continues to deliver the work and craftsmanship that keep this company moving. His decades of contribution have helped build projects across the region, and his impact is felt far beyond the jobsite.
Scott – 24 Years Building the Foundation of Our Work
Scott has spent 24 years putting his skill to work beneath the surface, where the foundation of every project begins. Most people will never see the underground installations he completes, but they rely on them every single day.
His craftsmanship, consistency, and years of service have strengthened Hometown Mechanical in ways that show up across every job we touch. We are grateful for everything he brings to the team.
Kolton – 14 Years of Growth and Leadership
Kolton’s journey at Hometown Mechanical is one of steady growth and earned respect. He started as a shop kid, moved into laborer work, stepped into estimating, earned his way through engineering training, and now serves as a professional engineer.
His path shows what commitment and curiosity can build. Kolton continues to elevate our engineering capabilities, streamline our coordination, and help push the company forward.
Javier – 5 Years Strengthening Our Plumbing and Piping Teams
In just 5 years, Javier has become a reliable and respected part of our plumbing and piping work. His effort shows up from early layout to final tie ins, and his craftsmanship can be found across numerous projects.
He brings pride to the job every day, and the team is stronger because of it.
Wiley – 5 Years of Steady Contribution on the Plumbing Side
Wiley has spent the past 5 years supporting our plumbing operations with consistent effort and reliable skill. Whether it is rough ins, connections, or helping keep projects moving, he plays a meaningful role in the field work we take pride in.
His commitment is appreciated, and we are grateful for the time and energy he brings.
Levi – 5 Years of HVAC Excellence
Levi has built a strong reputation in 5 years by doing what every building needs: getting systems running the right way. Mechanical rooms, rooftops, heating, cooling, troubleshooting — he shows up ready to solve problems and keep equipment performing.
His work ethic and attitude set a strong example on the HVAC side of the company.
Thank You to Our Entire Team
